This is probably a little premature because we don’t yet have the vehicle. But the experience we had at Dover Honda this past Saturday warranted a few positive comments. Let me first say that we have have the vehicle. But the experience we had at Dover Honda this past Saturday warranted a few positive comments. Let me first say that we have always been very loyal to another brand and dealer. But that brand seems to be a little lost in the woods these days. We identified three other manufacturers and dealers that we were interested in and started our process with Dover Honda…. never got to the other two. Our time with Bob Drake was pleasant, helpful and productive. As with most people with Internet access, we don’t show up until we have done as much product homework as we can. He didn’t waste time trying to sell us a car, but rather filled in the blanks and answered any questions we had and found us vehicle in the pipeline that checked our boxes. The best thing I can say about Bob is he’s a good guy. That may sound a little underwhelming, but I always remember the “good guy”. There was none of the expected sales b/s, just a real friendly visit with a very satisfactory outcome. We left having put a deposit down on a vehicle on order with the dealership. I’ll say again, we don’t have the car yet so stay tuned. But we left feeling pretty good about buying a car from Dover Honda. More

Bob was incredibly rude. I went in looking for a vehicle and was never even asked my name. Almost felt like I was a burden to Bob. When I was inquiring about my trade in, I I went in looking for a vehicle and was never even asked my name. Almost felt like I was a burden to Bob. When I was inquiring about my trade in, I was asked repeatedly, “why are you so worried about that”. The rest of the experience was terrible. All in all, the worst car buying experience I have had. Will never return to Dover Honda. More

I had seen this vehicle online I wanted to purchase. I called Honda dover and spoke with Paula! When I arrived she greeting me and my wife I the parking lot and she showed the vehicle I was interested in, called Honda dover and spoke with Paula! I came to Dover Honda looking to purchase a used Volvo. I went home at the end of the day without a purchase agreement because I was on a tight schedule and my sale associate was incapable of doing anything went home at the end of the day without a purchase agreement because I was on a tight schedule and my sale associate was incapable of doing anything in a timely manner. When I left they assured me that they would call me if the vehicle was purchased. Not only was the vehicle purchased but they did not tell me. I will not be coming back, I received the worst customer service possible and they were incredibly rude to not even give me a courtesy call. Never have I talked to Such rude people who Can’t even follow through with what they say to a customer More
