It took MUCH too long to buy a car. Lender and terms were not discussed before I got to the finance man after an extended wait. I will attempt to pay off the loan from my savings in ord Lender and terms were not discussed before I got to the finance man after an extended wait. I will attempt to pay off the loan from my savings in order to not pay the surprise exorbitant interest rate. My engine light came on three days after I took possession of the car. I'm not able to. get service at your dealership until 12/26 at 7:30 in the morning. Needless to say I'm not happy about either of these issues. More

Excellent experience with Bo Heavin. I have been looking for a vehicle since April. Within 30 minutes Bo found a vehicle that met my needs and was able to get my payments exactly where I have been looking for a vehicle since April. He is such a knowledgeable individual and it was a great pleasure doing business with him and Capital City Ford. He went the extra mile and got the vehicle to my home.
