Bo and Ja I might have just experienced the best customer service possible. My husband and I brought home a vehicle the very evening we test drove it. Bo and Jacob were incredibly helpful & understanding, & did everything they could to get me into my new vehicle. The following day Bo went above and beyond to help me out with the transportation himself, while the car was getting cleaned. I would absolutely recommend Bo Heavin and Jacob Thomas, I sincerely appreciate their exceptional service. Kurt & Robyn Williams More

Got just the car I needed. Bo was a real pleasure to buy from. The finance team was also pleasant. I would come back to see Bo if the need for a different vehicle arises. Best vehicle buying experience ever We found the exact truck I was looking for at Joe Machens Capital City Ford online and were blessed to be taken care of by Bo Heavin. To put it simply We found the exact truck I was looking for at Joe Machens Capital City Ford online and were blessed to be taken care of by Bo Heavin. To put it simply, working with Bo was heaven. He was very informative and educated about the truck we were interested in. He had it gassed up and shining like a new diamond when we got there and was able to answer every question we had. Along with Bradley in finance they had us out of there with our new truck in record time. We actually enjoyed our buying experience here and will look here first every time in the future. Can’t thank them enough. More
