On site technicians were great. However never able to reach out to onsite representative by the phone. When we call the number that listed on the website, someone picks up the phone However never able to reach out to onsite representative by the phone. When we call the number that listed on the website, someone picks up the phone and they said they will let service advisor know and call me back shortly. But never received the call back and it happens 4 times ( I called 4 times). I ended up physically visiting service center everytime. Onsite people are great but the phone call representative or the system needs to be fixed. More

I worked with Sean and he was fantastic! No pressure and answered all my questions. As someone working to rebuild their credit (it’s suuuuper low), I was nervous about applying for a new veh No pressure and answered all my questions. I was absolutely ecstatic to find out I was approved! It was also a very quick process. I went in around 7pm and was approved by 8/830pm! The finance guy (I’m so sorry I forgot his name) was also wonderful! Overall an amazing experience with y’all!!! More
