Walked in, met Blayke, told him what we wanted, and he worked for us to get it. Very personable, professional, and helpful. For various reasons, the process of buying a car is more complex and tedious tha worked for us to get it. Very personable, professional, and helpful. For various reasons, the process of buying a car is more complex and tedious than most retail purchases despite the dealership's efforts to improve transparency, efficiency, and general customer service. The effort was there but it still took a while to navigate negotiations, the options, finances, and other details. A return visit to review the new car features, expectations of the service department, and general information went quite well. If in the market for a vehicle, we'd recommend considering Lithia Hyundai. More
