Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, also asked them to look at a tire that had a slow leak. They found two nails in the tire. Fixed it and all is good. Blair is an amazing Customer Service Tech. However, we had to bring the van b as close 3 additional times after we were “talked into” getting our tires rotated because the mechanic/technician didn’t know had to bring the van b as close 3 additional times after we were “talked into” getting our tires rotated because the mechanic/technician didn’t know how to remove and place the balancing weights on the front tires. They were hitting the calipers/ brakes causing a loud clicking noise. 1. Wet didn’t ask for the rotations and it was a ploy for their bottom line to do it— Blair was off that day—not his fault. 2. The mechanic was clueless on the technical aspect of moving tires from back to front on the Odyssey. 2. The mechanic didn’t do root cause analysts and address his mistake on the passenger side tire. 3. After the 3rd time we took it back Blair road with us, agreed the mechanic didn’t move all the weights as required and they were still hitting. So the mechanic didn’t even do an effective test drive to confirm his work. Thank you to Blair for going above and beyond to fit us in 3 more times, messing up the shop schedule, to correct the issues the mechanic caused so we could leave the next day for a vacation 4 1/2 hours away. If it wasn’t for Blair we would have go back. More
