We always take our Hondas to the brand dealership for service. Because of the positive rapport we traded in our identical Fits for twin CR-Vs at Rock County Honda. Leif and Blair are consistently availab service. Because of the positive rapport we traded in our identical Fits for twin CR-Vs at Rock County Honda. Leif and Blair are consistently available and courteous. Hayley and Jeff were our sales team. Both salespersons continue to answer our questions even after the sale. Kirby made sure our needs in finance were met. Wade, the photographer sent us the pictures took of us in front of our new vehicles, quickly. Had planned on buying from Rock County Honda. So happy we did! More

Not very satisfied with the service this time. Had a general checkup done before a road trip. Had explained how in the recent past my car would not start and I had to get a jump. Also communicated that general checkup done before a road trip. Had explained how in the recent past my car would not start and I had to get a jump. Also communicated that when I go to ignite the car it sometimes struggles to turn on. The diagnosis from the service visit could not identify the issue. Later that week my car battery died again and I had the car inspected at Walmart and they said the battery was bad so they replaced it. Have not had issues since. More

The service department has excellent people working for it, including Blair and Leif, who communicate clearly and essentially play the role of customer ombudsman, looking out for the customer's interests. I've also had minor collision body work done by Rock County and it was completed to perfection. No matter how hard I look, I cannot spot any flaws whatsoever in the body of the vehicle. Overall, my experience with Rock County Honda is a solid "A." More
