12-10-24/Tuesday/0800 CT Installed Front RT & LT Control Arm Bushings (never been replaced) & Aligned all 4 wheels on my 2000 Tundra I bought new August 2000, almost 25 years ago… have kept in immaculate co Arm Bushings (never been replaced) & Aligned all 4 wheels on my 2000 Tundra I bought new August 2000, almost 25 years ago… have kept in immaculate condition both Cosmetically and Mechanically..runs smooth, quick and fast..all updates completed as needed when needed by only Toyota equipment and by Certified Master Techs! Test Drove home ..was smooth with great tight steering that accepted bumps in road well… didn’t need new Shocks..still have original shocks. Overseeing my 2000 Tundra needs at Longo Toyota of Prosper in Prosper, Tx, is a Trio of the best Toyota Employees that can be found: Billy Stewart: Manages (over 20 years experience) hands on all Service & Garage Employees working closely with each all in unison for a totally exceptional outcome job in the servicing of my vehicle! Billy’s work & knowledge is Impeccable combined with his great Character of Integrity, Honesty and Friendliness which make for a Pleasant Experience! Josh Astetter: Toyota Quality Specialist Certified Master Tech (has many years of experience as a Master Tech knows every detail about my Tundra and how to keep it at Optimum Performance and Running Condition. His Character and work is impeccable and matches Billy’s Traits! Kenneth James: Toyota Certified Service Representative who completes the Trio working to always complete my task needed to repair my Tundra. He was hired personally by Billy so you know he is in line with the same positive Traits listed above for Billy Stewart and Josh Astetter! They all work great together with Kenneth scheduling all my needs and making sure parts are in stock before scheduling my work… He explains in detail what work was performed and provides reasonable cost for the job completed. I highly recommend Longo Toyota of Prosper for buying and servicing all Toyotas… their honesty combined with very knowledgeable experienced employees makes for a pleasant visit.. they are the best Toyota Dealership I have ever had for all my Toyota Vehicles through my 50 years of ownership of the most reliable vehicles on the market…my 25 year old Tundra a shining example of that! On 10-15-2024 I had work performed on my 2000 4 Dr Tundra/8 Cyl/4x4 Extended Cab that I ordered and bought new in 8/1999. I have always kept all preventative maintenance performed by Master Certified Tundra/8 Cyl/4x4 Extended Cab that I ordered and bought new in 8/1999. I have always kept all preventative maintenance performed by Master Certified Techs at all Toyotas Dealerships since owning my new Tundra, now 24+ years old and is in excellent condition Mechanically, Cosmetically Interior & Exterior of Body, and Engine. I always repair anything needed as it occurs. Love this Trunk, first and best Tundra ever built by Toyota. Very Durable and Reliable because of people at Longo Toyota that care for it like a baby. I have seen 3 Toyota Dealerships in the life of my Tundra truck, one in North Carolina where I purchased this Truck, and 2 in Texas since October 2013. All 3 Toyota Dealerships were very good but the best of those Dealerships that has excelled without question, LONGO TOYOTA OF PROSPER TEXAS and it’s due to the highest of Integrity, honesty, knowledge and experience of all employees straight across all different segments of their Department Management Directors. The leadership and respect on how they treat Customers all flows downward! I have had close contact with two of those Department Heads at Longo but my main one of course is Billy Stewart, Manager of all Garage Techs and work performed on Vehicles. He hires employees according to his own high work ethic standards. He aligns me with those same Employees with High Work Ethic Standards, such as my highly qualified Certified Toyota Service Rep Kenneth James, my highly qualified competent and efficient Super Quality Champion Certified Master Tech Josh Astetter, who knows everything about my Tundra and how to repair anything needed. Just completed on this trip: Inspection for 2024-2025, Oil Change, Topped all Fluids, did Multipoint Inspection, replaced a recent LR Axle Seal that was faulty (honored at no cost) and let me know any repairs on horizon that might be seen (in few months I will Replace my LT & RT Front Arm Bushings from Age of Tundra are starting to Crack) to keep me confident when traveling anywhere in USA without worry. I do not worry about breakdowns on trips because this Garage and Techs are phenomenal. Billy Stewart is an extra layer of protection as he oversees all work by my Toyota Certified Customer Service Rep and my Toyota Quality Champion Certified Master Tech with all 3 functioning on the same wave length of SUPER HIGH INTEGRITY AND HONESTY WITH THE BEST OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LONGO TOYOTA FOR SERVICING YOUR TOYOTA. THEIR BUSINESS IS GROWING BY LEAPS & BOUNDS DUE TO THEIR INTEGRITY, HONESTY AND EXPERIENCED KNOWLEDGE IN RESPONDING TO CUSTOMERS; IT IS THE CREAM OF THE CROP OF EMPLOYEES! This is vehicle #9 that I have sold to/or purchased from Longo Toyota of Prosper. All with Tony Bailey. Tony makes it easy for his customers. You see a vehicle, maybe even on he posted on social media, inquire about it, make an appointment with him or even just show up, and he will get you handled with 100% professionalism and transparency. Any time I have had warranty repairs or maintenance, he asks if there is anything he can do to help me. The follow up calls, the friendship, smiles, help, all are unmatched. Tony even had some Advil for me for a headache I had when I came to pick my truck up. He gave each of my kids a $5 dollar bill and got my wife and I a small gift with our truck purchase. Incredible. The little things combined with the big things, are what keep me coming back here, time and time again. Thank you for what you do Tony! Longo had a Tundra on the lot, which I secretly had been longing and dreaming of for quite some time. A quite rare 1794 trim in Lunar Rock color (my favorite color). I had spoken to Tony Bailey about it a few times, but the truck was not in my price range, so I did not even bother pursuing it. As time went on, Tony reached out to me and I told him where I would need to be on my trade, what I would desire to pay for the 1794 truck, with a few vehicle modifications. He said he would send the information over to Harvey Portwood and call me back. Low and behold, Harvey and Tony worked a deal which made my dream possible. I told them it would be a few days before I could finalize documents. Tony Bailey sent me all of the documents that I could sign over the internet and I did so, came in on Saturday morning. Signed the rest of the papers and drove off in my dream truck/color shortly after arrival! No pressure whatsoever. On any of my vehicle purchases. The dealership is quiet and not fast paced. I appreciate that. Recently, I stopped into Toyota of Dallas for a part and when I walked in, there were salesmen all over the place, a big gong that someone hit every time a car was sold. Mass chaos, like a 3 ring circus. I turned around and walked out. Forever. Got my part elsewhere. But Harvey Portwood and Tony Bailey, I sincerely thank you for working with me on the truck. My wife loves it, kids love it, I LOVE it and I get compliments daily on it. It is a unique and beautiful and very nice truck and I am happy to see it in my driveway every day. Thank you both for making it happen. Car #10 might be a long long time away, but I sure hope you both are here to sell it to me when the time comes! More

Not many places that I go into, where I feel like Elvis walking in the building, but it happens every time I’m at Longo Toyota or Prosper! I feel more like a team member or family, than I do a customer. Nothing is fake, it all feels genuine, and I appreciate it. Kenneth James is just great every single time I need service or repairs/concerns. He’s easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and keeps me updated on my vehicles. My ace. Doug is almost a tie. Been knowing him for close to 20 years at Longo and his last dealership. I try to divvy up my services between the two. But both are excellent. Tony Bailey is my exclusive sales consultant and should be yours too! Nothing but the best customer service and easy buying process. I bought new my 2000 Tundra 4x4 8 cylinder Lexus Engine in August of 2000 and had it 23 years now. I have kept it immaculate and in great running condition thanks to Toyota Master Certified Techs and Toyot in August of 2000 and had it 23 years now. I have kept it immaculate and in great running condition thanks to Toyota Master Certified Techs and Toyota Parts the total time I have owned this vehicle. Today I got my Tundra Inspection, Alignment and had them Check on BR Tire not going on smoothly on Stud Shanks on BR Axle after just purchased 4 new MICHELIN Tires. Billy Stewart over Operations of Service Maintenance of all Mechanic Techs and Vehicles determined problem on BR Axle was collection of debris formed on my 23 year old Tundra Rim Chamfer metal that aligns and centers the Wheel on the Axle…he repaired it by smoothing the metal and applying Copper, a third metal to neutralize the two Different Metals on the existing Chamfer that allowed the centering of the Rim more smoothly on the BR Axle stud shanks that accept Lug Nuts. I hope I explained this correctly as Billy explained to me. He showed me the Wheel Rim as he explained this to me which help me understand the repair. Billy is exceptionally talented and brillant in his job with 20+ years of experience (don’t remember exact number he told me). He is very Customer Friendly and helpful to Customers by explaining and showing repairs in Laymen terms that I can understand. He helped me with another recent repair on a complex matter. Thanks so much to Billy Stewart (have learned so much from him) and Kenneth James my Certified Toyota Service Writer, David Araujo Manager over all Service Writers and Toyota Certified Master Tech Chris Storment. They all work very well collectively in getting the best results for the Customer. The price was super fair for their work. I appreciate all the collective work performed that made me a happy satisfied Customer! Great Work Longo Toyota! Thanks again Billy! More

I have owned 47 Toyota's in 25 years of driving. Some were new, some were old, but all were nice condition and great cars! 6 of those 47 were new, and 6 of the 7 were purchased new with Tony Bailey Some were new, some were old, but all were nice condition and great cars! 6 of those 47 were new, and 6 of the 7 were purchased new with Tony Bailey at Longo Toyota of Prosper. Tony makes it simple. Probably a little too easy for me actually, but he never sells me anything. I tell him what I want, he calls me when he finds one. Sometimes it takes a few months, other times it takes less than a day. But he is always happy when he finds me the exact car, color, trim I am looking for. Most recently, he found the exact truck I was interested in. I was a little apprehensive, but I knew that this truck would be hard to find again, and I was given ample time and no pressure to decide to do the deal. There is no pressure, there is no hidden agenda with him. He lets the customer make their own decision. He goes the extra mile to make sure everything is handled smoothly. I know instances, where he stays late or comes in early or on his days off to meet the customer. He has done it for me, and several other of his clients. He does what it takes, to provide EXCELLENT customer service. I cannot thank him enough. I have bought a lot of vehicles both Toyota and other brands from area dealers and by far HANDS DOWN, he makes the best experience possible. I also drive 25 miles and pass 3 other closer Toyota dealers, to come to Longo Toyota of Prosper. I have become more than customer of Tony Bailey, I am a friend and I consider him as such. A great man, doing great things! With that being said, when I am at Tony's desk, he sits by a gentleman named "RW" and he always is friendly to me, chats and says it is always good to see me. I am greeted by the lovely Trayce Carter, who always comes and talks to me when I am in for service. She is super sweet. Definitely the person you want, out doing PR for the dealership! Upper management guys always ask how I am and make a point to acknowledge me, and give me a good customer experience. You guys are tagged in this post and know who you are. Thank you! Stephen Wedderburn and Harvey Portwood are great! Kenneth James and Doug Ranzer always keep me serviced and get me on the books when I need service. Services are completed timely and correct the first time. Thank you guys as well! Billy Stewart runs the shop and the service side of the dealership. I first met him in 2018 with a bad alignment and wheel balance completed at another Toyota dealer. Billy test drove the truck with me and listened to my concerns. He got everything handled and took car of the problem, that two other dealers ignored. Billy has also helped me on a few oddball issues with my vehicles and fixed them. He is always quick to provide logical rationale and reasoning and advice to me, and other customers and workers when needed. I am glad to know him and consider him a friend as well. It is a great dealership to buy and service with. I have only had one less than great experience, and everyone from the top down, did what was necessary, to make the best of the situation. I appreciate all they have done for me and my family. I will keep my current vehicles for a while, but will continue servicing and will buy from them again, if the need arises. Keep doing what you are doing. Do not mess with success! More
