Bill Mullarkey was very polite and was able to locate the vehicle I wanted quickly even though I changed my mind on the color I wanted and I had already paid a deposit. I have another Infiniti dealership considerably closer to my home that was not as responsive. I will gladly drive the extra distance to receive the same quality service. Thank you. More

He was very helpful in setting up a quick appointment. Once I arrived to the dealership Gary greeted me at the door and introduced me to the salesman Bill. Bill was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was very patient throughout the process. Although I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Gary Muller (internet sales) and Bill Mullarkey if you are in the market for a new vehicle! Great experience, but have constructive feedback I was in the market for a vehicle and had a long string of sleazy dealership experiences from Nissan Autobarn of Evanston and Grossinger Kia - DO NOT I was in the market for a vehicle and had a long string of sleazy dealership experiences from Nissan Autobarn of Evanston and Grossinger Kia - DO NOT go to those places. I was being seen as a number there and had very little time with the cars. The salesman spent more time with what my pocketbook could offer. These dealerships also did a negative number of wrong doings on my credit, which wasn't great to begin with. INFINITI of Clarendon Hills was a recommendation to me from a colleague for quite some time, and each time I stated that I didn't want a luxury car - can't afford, but cool to have. After having my string of bad experiences, I was talked into working with them. My colleague actually helped formulate the deal, as that was also a pain point for me. INFINITI of Clarendon Hills immediately asked if I wanted anything to drink. We spent a lot of time with the car (2015 Kia Optima). My overall experience was really great and they worked with my credit situation and got me the best deal I've ever received (for my situation). After spending about 4 hours at the dealership, I drove away with the car - happy as ever. However, while engine was pretty much new with only 28,700 miles - it really needed better tires and brakes, which I later realized. I wish I had asked them to service for those. I also wish they had just made sure the car was set to go. The price of my car was a fraction of what they'd get for an Infiniti, so I don't understand why the brakes and tires were neglected, so the car wasn't entirely 100% up to date. They could say, "Well, we aren't a Kia dealership", however, they ordered a Kia license plate holder as it was required by law, and installed that just fine. Brakes and tires will have to be a service to get done in the near future. That is my only complaint, prompting my 4 of 5 stars. I'm mad at myself for not asking about it, but I do wish they had just done that work - the rest of the car was spotless. In closing, the car is really very nice - nicer than I anticipated to get. It almost looks brand new. If it weren't for the brakes and tires, I'd consider it brean new, basically. More
