Once there, Bill greeted me quickly, asked what I was looking for and quickly found the right truck. After the test drive, we quickly came to a fair price. On our way home my husband decided to stop at Hardy Ford to "Just Look" Bill Mays met us at the front with a smile and wanted to know what he could do for us. So my husband told him what we wanted. Bill told us that he would take care of us and do what it takes to make us happy. Bill was honest, friendly and had a great personality. I felt so bad because they closed at 8 and at 9:30 we walked out with my new Ford Fusion & at the price we were happy with. I kept apologizing about keeping them late and I was told not to worry about it that they were going to do whatever it took to get us the vehicle we wanted. Ordering new Mustang was easy! I went by Hardy Ford to look at a couple of new cars and met Bill Mays when I focused on the new 2015 Mustang GT. Bill helped me with the test drive where I decided that was the car I wanted. We ordered the car a few days before Thanksgiving and Bill kept me informed with it's progress in production. He called me the day after Christmas to let me know it had arrived. He made sure it was checked out and ready for delivery when I came by to pick it up. Bill and I sat in the car and he reviewed all the features and set up the blue-tooth feature for the phone. He introduced me to the Service Mgr and a service writer so I will have a personal contact when servicing the car. I can not imagine buying a car being any easier than Bill made it for me. I went ahead and purchased the Ford Extended Svc, gave them a check and was driving out. The new Mustang is not only exciting but really fun to drive! Bill Mays was great to work with and I see why he wins a lot of the awards for sales! More
