This is my second Ford purchased from Hardy Family Ford. The service and customer experience has been very good, outstanding. Bill Mays took care of me every step of the way from Q&A, test drive, to vehicl The service and customer experience has been very good, outstanding. Ledon Lingo was thorough with the paperwork, financing, and the details in taking ownership. I will buy another Ford from these guys - top notch. More

Bill Mays was wonderful he answered all my questions and help me with everything. I had a great experience with choosing my car. Bill was their for me and my family. Was shopping for new truck, looked at Chev/GMC, Dodge and Ford. Chev/GMC still looked the same as always, Dodge, I just didn't feel comfortable with the product. F-150 caught my eye of the detail and quality Ford. Chev/GMC still looked the same as always, Dodge, I just didn't feel comfortable with the product. F-150 caught my eye of the detail and quality look. So I called the Hardy Ford Svc.dept.,asked for the Svc.Mgr.(probally the best resource for the vehicle info.),so I talked to Terry Harris very knowledgeable of Ford products. Asked him to have a salesman call me. Received a call from Bill Mays, after talking to him he found exactly what I wanted - the transaction went smoothly and I am happy!!! More

I went on 8/27/2011 to see about getting a car. The the enviroment was good and I was treated well. I answered some questions and I test drove one of the cars. I stated to Bill Mays what i wanted. He came back to me and stated what I would need I stated that i could not do that and he stated to me that he would get back to me on the following Monday after her talk to a person on Monday to see about getting me into a used car. I stated to him that it would be fine. I left and in about I would say less than an hour he called me and stated that he got me approved for a 2011 with a car note over 500.00. I called him back and stated that it will need to be lower and at that time he told me that he got me in a 2012 for under 500.00. I said good and I will be back. I got there and he had all the paper work ready for me. I got to see the contract person and went over all the paper work.I was ready to go in a hour. That was wonderful. More

Bill was not my intial salesperson, but you would have not known his by his willingness to help. Bill went out his way to make sure I understood everything. Even after the deal was closed he took his ti not known his by his willingness to help. Bill went out his way to make sure I understood everything. Even after the deal was closed he took his time and went over all the details. He really made this a great experience. More
