We do have snacks available for our guests, so please don’t hesitate to ask next time and we’ll be happy to put more out for you. Regarding loaner vehicles, they are reserved in advance and, unfortunately, we’re not able to provide one for every guest, as much as we would like to. We do offer shuttle service as another option to help make your visit more convenient. We appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to improve the guest experience.
