I have no idea what happened to it, but let me summarize my thoughts. As a loyal and very satisfied customer of Otto's since 1972, I was surprised and disappointed to see the change of ownership earlier this year. That said, most of the key personnel remain in place, so I'm prepared to maintain the status quo, especially since Frank has demonstrated his wisdom, courtesy, and professionalism on a consistent basis for over 20 years. My 5 Series is now entering its third decade, and it's clear Frank and his team of techs share my commitment to keep the Gray Ghost running as great as it looks. More
