This "service visit" was bad and this review may be removed but it was my experience and was dishearten since I had honored our Maintenance Agreement when I purchased my vehicle in 2014 and now it is 2 removed but it was my experience and was dishearten since I had honored our Maintenance Agreement when I purchased my vehicle in 2014 and now it is 2022. I was REFUSED service after I scheduled an appointment for oil change (per purchase agreement). I also added a battery check AND asked for a tune-up as well because I had to turn the engine 3 times in two days. It didn't want to start at first or second try. I was told they didn't want work on it because the engine light was ON and there was a knocking noise emanating from the engine. I told them that the engine light has been on since two (2) Service Maintenaces ago [approx. 6/7 months back] AFTER an oil change and that the knocking "noise" had also started then. The service receptionist brought out some paperwork saying the car was making a loud noise back in 2020. I tried to remind him that that was the catalytic converter which WAS replaced by Kia. And still they didn't want to do ANYTHING AT ALL. I had to BEG them to at least check the battery. They claimed the battery resulted in "Recharge battery and check again" so apparently its fine. However they didn't want to touch the engine. No oil change and No spark plug checks were done at all. I still don't understand why: since 3000 miles ago at my last "regular" service maintenance when that knocking noise was prevalent THEN, that they continued with the oil change and multipoint inspection. I don't understand why since my last "regular" maintenance when cashing out they asked to run diagnostics because the check engine light was on-- I had said I didn't have time for that and I'll add THAT next time I come back; suddenly it is NOW an issue?? Really?? I guess I'll have to return to being a loyal Chevy owner again. I only got a Kia just for my wife. More

I'm so grateful for the help that provided me to acquire my 2022 Mitsubishi outlander. Was the best decision in my life. They made sure I didnt left empty handed . Now that's what I called service. Even the service department do an amazing job servicing my Outlander.
