Have brought my car to them since i bought it brand new in 2018 was just told this visit my breaks at at 1mm and I’m missing two lug nuts that’s 70$ to replace. I pay for courtesy for life and they really complained they were not making money off me even though I bought a brand new car straight from that same dealership… they only gave me an oil change and not my they were not making money off me even though I bought a brand new car straight from that same dealership… they only gave me an oil change and not my multi point inspection like they should have… unfortunately for the first time going to this service department I would say I truthfully don’t think I spent my money wisely on this package. They should be looking to make sure the customer isn’t paying for a life time oil change tire rotation and multi point inspection before sending them out with just an oil change and letting the customer know they didn’t make money off of the service today…. Even though I purchased a brand new vehicle off of you a month ago… not a good experience to say the least… More
