I have to admit, I wasn’t intending on purchasing a vehicle when I stopped in at Acura of Denville. I initially called and spoke to Bill on the phone about taking a look at a TLX that I saw online. We got to chat for a good 10-15 mins which I really appreciated. It wasn’t like I called and spoke to a receptionist who scheduled an appointment from a call center, instead Bill was actually the salesperson who I would be dealing with the entire time so it made it feel very personable talking with the same person from A to Z. They kept everything really simple and hid absolutely nothing from me the whole time. They were upfront about the full cost. No hidden fees or strings attached. I’d purchase another car here in a heartbeat. Do yourself a favor and stop here before you go anywhere else, this having been my 3rd car I wish I would’ve come here the first time I made a vehicle purchase!
