Great dealership. Even though my car was purchased out of state, the staff there treats you as if the car was purchased there. I originally stopped there to see how mu Even though my car was purchased out of state, the staff there treats you as if the car was purchased there. I originally stopped there to see how much head room I'd have in a Dodge Challenger with a sunroof. One of the salesman greated me promptly and introduced himself. When I told him why I stopped he said no problem, and got a set of keys for a Challenger with a sunroof. Well, unfortunately when I got in it there wasn't enough headroom. Even though he didn't sell a car he took me for a tour of the dealership from the service area, all the way to their sales floor and waiting area. After that I was sold on using this dealership for any work to be done on my new car, or any parts I may need. Since then I've had regular maintenance done on the car, warranty work, and even used their parts department, and even after that first meeting there this dealership has been nothing but GREAT! More

The service department is stellar! They were able to fix a problem with my vehicle that the dealer that I bought it from could not. I had the car back to the original dealer 7 times, t They were able to fix a problem with my vehicle that the dealer that I bought it from could not. I had the car back to the original dealer 7 times, they could not fix it. I gave up on them and took the car to Valley, Tim and the service team were fantastic! They fixed the problem first time. I highly recommend them and will go back again. More

Elizabeth Moles was so accommodating, kind and extremely efficient at helping diagnose a mechanical issue while I was getting an oil change. She even drove with me in the car to help diagnose and squeezed i efficient at helping diagnose a mechanical issue while I was getting an oil change.
