Bernalson assisted me with all my needs. I asked for a brakes check, he informed me it was part of the point checks, then he reported the findings. It would be much better to have appointment times available. I was there for three hours. I was there for a 30,000 mile service. The oil change was done and the car was pulled back out of the bay for available. I was there for three hours. I was there for a 30,000 mile service. The oil change was done and the car was pulled back out of the bay for about 45 minutes while the service manager went to a meeting. When he can back from the meeting I asked him what was up with my car and he said one person does the oil and another person does the rest and when he went to the meeting that process got delayed. Not great for me or all of the other people waiting for him to come back. More
