Lazy xxx mechanics. Do not pay attention to detail. Only go by the book and that book is numbers rather than quality. Mechanics caused a fire in my engine bay 30 minutes after I picked it up after they had it for two weeks. None of my parts were put back properly if at all. My jeep had no AC when I got it back. My issue was not resolved as Jeep discontinued the part I needed. Instead, a bandaid and a shot in the dark. Temporarily it is fixed but no resolution was attempted by Jeep. Just a disgrace. I was disregarded as a complaining customer by the mechanic. Quality of the work is just absolute garbage. I did not receive what I paid for. No where close, yet I still had to pay for it. I will never take my jeep there again. More

Vehicle was there for 6 weeks very little communication I needed to reach out multiple times to get a hold of someone find out details. Called jeep corporate to get help. All parts pricing was 40% to 100% ma needed to reach out multiple times to get a hold of someone find out details. Called jeep corporate to get help. All parts pricing was 40% to 100% markup. Found same parts from mopar directly for 50% less cost. Very disappointed, with all the vehicles I've owned never had this kind of service or treated this way. More

It’s very frustrating to m because thy should have seen the problem when they diagnosed the car when I brought it on just 8.. now I have to spend another 6k or more somewhere else to replace the engine. More
