It would be much better to have appointment times available. I was there for three hours. I was there for a 30,000 mile service. The oil change was done and the car was pulled back out of the bay for available. I was there for three hours. I was there for a 30,000 mile service. The oil change was done and the car was pulled back out of the bay for about 45 minutes while the service manager went to a meeting. When he can back from the meeting I asked him what was up with my car and he said one person does the oil and another person does the rest and when he went to the meeting that process got delayed. Not great for me or all of the other people waiting for him to come back. More

This was the absolute worst experience of my life. I got an oil change and tire rotation. As I was leaving the dealership, I heard a knocking soon! I decided to turn back to check it out. As I pulled I got an oil change and tire rotation. As I was leaving the dealership, I heard a knocking soon! I decided to turn back to check it out. As I pulled back into the dealership, my wheel fell off! It was not tightened. Thank God I was not on the highway! More

Unfortunately this is my last time coming for parts or service as as loyal customer I am very disappointed in this place. I have done most if not all of my services here in have bought parts and accessori service as as loyal customer I am very disappointed in this place. I have done most if not all of my services here in have bought parts and accessories yet they decided to treat and charge their loyal customers in an unfairly manner. Yesterday I went for a regular oil change and a differential oil change in my 2019 jeep wrangler the service advisor bernalson douze agreed on a price for both services and then decided to flip flop prices after an agrement and made me sign the repair estimate but he covered the part of how much it could exede and changed the price on both services later on. a total of approximately $250 plus taxes we agreed when everything was done he came with a $350 bill because there were some shop charges extra , none of it that I was aware before signing the estimate when I complained a wannabe manager told me the sign with the extra shop charges was at the cashier, no where near the service department and you would only know about them AFTER you get the services done these people are theives and liars who take advantage of their loyal customers and change prices when they want never consistent and to put the cherry on top they didn't even have the decency to reset my oil light. Honestly save your self the trip and go somewhere else Best regards Alejandro Domingo More
