Convenience.This time, however, I am VERY glad I did. Benn Edwards had well exceeded my expectations-and not the one that was previously benchmarked. I will add that I am not exactly an easy client (or so I've been told). Nonetheless,he was more than just your 'typical' BMW Client Advisor,or specifically referring to the axiom, 'car salesman' (I shudder at the connotation underlying this phrase alone). He went out of his way to give me the 'BMW sales experience',which coupled w/ a beautifully made vehicle, is the very reason I continue,and can continue,to become a dedicated BMW customer -- Thank you Benn for reminding me why.
