Professional and Timely! Benn was a very professional Salesman. He was very patient and informative as I worked with him to decide on the car for me! Horrible experience - avoid! If you want one sales person to ignore you (Benn), and another to talk to you in a very condescending manner (Kevin) - then this is the dealer for you If you want one sales person to ignore you (Benn), and another to talk to you in a very condescending manner (Kevin) - then this is the dealer for you. I'm actually convinced these sales men hate working with woman - especially women who they can't take advantage of. We were 99% complete with a deal on a car that was listed for 52,426 with 2200 miles - then I find out the vehicle actually has 4,993 - that's more than DOUBLE. In good faith, I asked for a the price to be reduced to $52 even. The response I got was "If you don't see the value, then thanks for your interest." I was beyond appalled by their lack of customer service - especially when you're buying such an expensive car. I also got ignored by both the sales manager Anthony and the GM David. It is clear they operate in an unethical manner and do not value their customers. Go to the BMW of Silver Spring instead. More

So easy I didn’t need to shop around I live about 40 miles from the greater Baltimore area, so when I headed that way to buy a car I had a series of dealerships on my list to stop by. I I live about 40 miles from the greater Baltimore area, so when I headed that way to buy a car I had a series of dealerships on my list to stop by. I already picked out several cars and made contacts with all the salesman. BMW of Catonsville was my first stop and Benn was my salesman. He made me the process so easy that I never made it to the second dealership. One of my biggest takeaways was that despite the fact that I was buying a used BMW, the experience made me feel like I was purchasing new. I had to stop back in a few days later to bring some paperwork and Benn even filled my gas tank again. He didn’t have to do that. More
