My service took almost 5 months because it was not a priority. The tech kept getting taken off the job. When I got the vehicle back not everything was fixed. I’ve taken my car to them twice to fix issues and both times they said they fixed the issue however the issues are still there and now I’m out of warranty and they won’t fix the issues. I will not be purc times they said they fixed the issue however the issues are still there and now I’m out of warranty and they won’t fix the issues. I will not be purchasing or returning to their service department again. More

The work done was good and the mechanic that explained about what was done was a nice person. The folks who check you in, behind the glass doors seemed like they were hesitant to help. I got out of my car about what was done was a nice person. The folks who check you in, behind the glass doors seemed like they were hesitant to help. I got out of my car and went in to the office after waiting for a few minutes to be greeted but wasn't. Maybe I'm just spoiled at the chevy place as they come greet me at my truck, always great customer service when I go get my Tahoe serviced. The two guys sitting in the ac office just didn't seem to care that I was paying for service and would like to feel that my dollar is valued This all on top of being rescheduled from a Tuesday only to have them tell me if been delayed at my scheduled appointment. It was an odd conversation but he claims the computer appointments are faulty More
