People are very helpful but gave truck back and problem was still there in the parking lot when I got in. I was pleased. They were able to get the truck in soon, to reflash the computer. A friend introduced me to Ed in the Parts Department and after speaking to him, They were able to get the truck in soon, to reflash the computer. A friend introduced me to Ed in the Parts Department and after speaking to him, I overcame my reluctance to take the truck to a dealer. that was due to my prior experience having been auto parts department manager for several years. He and the service folks were very helpful and I won’t hesitate to bring the truck back there, should it need dealership service again. Thanks to all! More

I had a recall and oil and anti-freeze change done this time. My only complaint is that the technician changed the option on the instant fuel gauge to the left of the steering wheel while doing his work an time. My only complaint is that the technician changed the option on the instant fuel gauge to the left of the steering wheel while doing his work and never returned it to the only option I wanted. This has happened before when I took my vehicle to Skyline Ford for service. I was not able to get the gauge back to the option I wanted and quit after 10 minutes of trying. The next day I returned the vehicle to Skyline Ford. The service advisor appeared put out when I requested someone return the fuel gauge to the original option but did it himself. More
