On previous services I was given a loaner car. Now I have to rent one. Not happy about this change. More

Probably the best car buying experience ever. Low key, no pressure, no surprises. Being in Marin County and being an Audi dealership I was expecting a completely different experience. Everyone was low key, professional, and extremely easy to work with. As a business owner I can really tell you that the culture at this dealership was on point and I wouldn't change anything. Obviously the result of good leaders, training, and employees who care about what they do. I was refereed to this dealership by a friend who's purchased 2 Audi's from you and I'll be telling my friends and definitely coming back to buy another Audi. Thanks. More

I had a great experience! Felt very comfortable in the process and was treated fairly. I was also impressed with how Jason sat with me in the car and showed me every single button and knob and how it all worked. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

Friendly, professional and efficient service. Amy went beyond expectations in meeting my needs and making sure the car was completely finished.
