We’ve had quite a bit of experience with Tucson Subaru, and have never been disappointed. This time was no different. Working with Baron for our new Forester was an excellent process. We ordered the car back in October and the whole process went very smooth. Baron kept us updated frequently throughout the delivery of the car as well. We had a few questions along the way and sometimes would email him on a Sunday or in the evenings and he would always respond very quickly with what we needed. The car actually showed up a few weeks earlier than the original delivery date, and we were so excited! The process of buying the car was just as easy and a great experience as well. Baron took the time to show us the new safety and tech features of the car and made sure we were comfortable with it before driving off. We’ve moved to another state but will definitely miss Tucson Subaru! More

Extremely impressed with the sales rep, Baron Clements, whom communicated very well throughout the waiting process for the car to arrive. He even went out of his way, and drove to where we were at, to bring us a forgotten item after we left the dealership, after purchasing the car. His excellent customer service is very well appreciated. Jennifer Duran, in the finance department was also very polite and provided excellent customer service. In all honesty, I love Subaru. I had an Outback several years ago. I wish I never left and stayed with Subaru products. I have tried other dealerships around town, and quit honestly, I am not impressed. Subaru is wonderful from the time you walk through the door to even the maintenance department whom have never been pushy and are always willing to work with you, even when it may appear costly to fix a car. I can't say enough how wonderful and pleased I am with everyone at Subaru, even those I didn't speak with. I would give Baron and the whole entire Subaru staff more than 5 stars if I could. More
