My Dealing With Barbara Bloss Made Me Buy My New Kia Soul Yesterday, we closed the deal on the 2018 Kia Soul, after seven days of courteous, professional and personalized service. We dealt a few times with Mr Yesterday, we closed the deal on the 2018 Kia Soul, after seven days of courteous, professional and personalized service. We dealt a few times with Mr. Bauman, the General Manager, and found him most polite and helpful. But we dealt mostly with Ms. Barbara Bloss. Barbara is super! Even when it seemed we wanted to buy a bigger car from Chevrolet, and other folks would have got upset at our fussiness, not these guys. Barbara's professionalism drew us back to Kia. We have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and I have to say this was the best buying experience ever! Barbara was AWESOME! She was not only knowledgeable about the Kia product she was also a lot of fun to work with too! The finance experience was top notch as well, the finance manager took the time to ask questions and custom built a finance package that was designed to meet the needs of our family and didn’t try to offer us items that were of no value to us. What a breath of fresh air that was!! I would recommend Horne Kia and Barbara Bloss to anyone looking for an honest, no hassle deal at a beautiful dealership. Thanks Horne Kia!! More
