Honestly, they went above and beyond to ensure that we had adequate equipment for the vehicle. We were able to ask questions and received knowledgeable answers. If they didn’t know the answer right then, they researched it and within minutes had an accurate answer. The energy of both Kylor and Barbara was fantastic. They seemed just as excited about the vehicle as we did and that was greatly appreciated. I was a bit nervous in some aspects but Barbara was like a mother and let me know that it would all work out. The price was looking good and then we ran i I some trouble with getting approved as a first time buyer for credit. It jumped to 15% instead of 4.9% and I was feeling a bit worried though I knew that I. Hold always refinance within six months. Kylor went to battle and worked on getting me 7.9% which was tons better than other credit unions. Sealing the deal I am getting a car I know I can afford due to my situation and with the assuredness thatis in great condition, knowing the cars history. Thanks for all of your help. Definitely making me feel comfortable and not pushed in buying a car just because it would be nicer. More
