I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Bailey Marler at Suntrup Volkswagen was so positive that I wanted to take the time to share. No one asked or prompted me to post this; I just think when someone truly stands out, they deserve to be recognized. I’ve owned several cars in my lifetime and have always avoided dealerships. After my husband had one bad experience years ago, we’ve only purchased from private sellers ever since. I’d been wanting a VW Atlas for a while, and the one I was interested in happened to be at a dealership, which honestly made me hesitant. But from the very first interaction, Bailey changed that perception completely. He was quick to respond to my messages and went above and beyond by sending personalized videos of the vehicle and walking me through every question I had. We decided to make the two-hour drive to see it in person, and he was just as friendly, helpful, and professional when we arrived. The pricing at Suntrup was by far the most competitive in the area (and I did my research). They worked with us to come to a fair deal, and when we ran into a minor inconvenience after purchase, Bailey and the team did everything they could to help us out right away. My husband and I have both said multiple times how impressed we are. Bailey and the Suntrup team completely changed how we view buying from a dealership. We would absolutely return to work with them again and have already told friends and family how great our experience was. Thank you for everything, Bailey. We’ll definitely be back one day. More

Was looking to trade my car in and get my interest rate down and Will, Ryan, Billy, and Julie made that happen. I was really interested in the Tiguan R-Line and once I seen it and test drove it I knew I ha down and Will, Ryan, Billy, and Julie made that happen.
