Kyle and service department represent Subaru well and are great at their jobs. They are concerned about the customer. I was not impressed with the group of people in the front corner of the sales floor. I great at their jobs. They are concerned about the customer. I was not impressed with the group of people in the front corner of the sales floor. It seemed that I was bothering them when I asked to have my car evaluated. I almost went to Fullerton in Mechanicsburg. As to finance, I don’t think he was understanding what he was saying when discussing the warranty as it sounded like we should not buy the car with all of the repairs it would need. As to the delivery person, he was excellent and knew the new car as well as the old one’s features. Lastly, you need more space for customer parking. You need to reconfigure the sales parking area. With so many cars all over the place, it gives an appearance of clutter and disorganization. As a customer, it does not give you a welcoming feeling when you can’t find parking and scared to drive thru the clutter. More

We have also used their collision repair center, which did an amazing job fixing one of our Surbaru’s. We have been purchasing all of our vehicles at W & L for close to 30 years. I think we have bought 10 Subaru Legacy’s over the years we have also turned 7 family members into Subaru owners. We have never had any issues with any of them. We will only purchase vehicles from W & L, they are our dealership for life. More
