I forgot to mention the need for a rear-wiper replacement, but I was surprised it was not noticed during the walk-around as part of the wiper was falling off (like a long tail). It has always been a pleasure working with Freeman. I have purchased four vehicles from this dealership, and I will not trust anyone else to take care of my vehicles. The service is usually faster than I expect. I get constant updates while my car is being repaired, and they always consult with me before repairing if they find other issues. The mechanic will send photos of the issue so I can see for myself before they do the repair. Everyone in the service department has been friendly and professional. More

I would give them a zero* but that's not a choice. Always inconsistent with their information. Seems like nobody really know the real answer. Our service rep Kyle lied to my wife about what was covered under our maintenance package. When i went to their shop, I was 15 mine early. I had to wait another 20 minutes before a service representative Bailey came to write up my service. One our maintenance agreement is up. They will never see us again. Their computer systems seems to have inconsistent in or someone not inputing correct information. They are always trying to upset you. I get it, that's how some of them make a living but just give me the correct information to make the best decisions for my family. I wish they would trained their service representatives better. I wish they can be clear and transparent rather than try to pull a fast one on their customers. We will need to buy more vehicles but it won't be from there. I hope Dane Minor calls me. More
