Everyone was very nice and very helpful. I loved that I was there was greeted, checked my car in and was updated with any changes. Also my cat was done in about 3 hours or less!!! I forgot to mention the need for a rear-wiper replacement, but I was surprised it was not noticed during the walk-around as part of the wiper was falling off (like a long tail).
