Mike was great and very patient with our situation. We had originally spoke with a different salesperson who told us he was going to be there to help us out in the morning. We had already agreed on t We had originally spoke with a different salesperson who told us he was going to be there to help us out in the morning. We had already agreed on the numbers and we wanted to be in and out of the dealership since we drove two hours to purchase the vehicle and would have to drive back to get to work. When we get there we were told that the original sales person wasn't there and we were getting helped out by Mike instead. We had to go over the numbers again and it turns out that we were quoted the wrong thing. Mike was very patient and understanding of our situation and was able to get us to the numbers we were happy with. We ended up being at the dealership longer than what we wanted but overall we had a great experience with Mike! More
