Their response time is frustratingly slow at this store, prompting me to reach out to other dealerships myself and I found one at Kia West. When I informed Kia North about the availability of a 2024 model at Kia West dealership, they stated they couldn't access it even though Kia West informed me Kia North should be able to access it. (Seriously, what is the point of looking around at other stores if you can't acccess them?) It seemed clear that they preferred to sell me a 2025 model at a 6% interest rate instead. I walked out as they refused to honor their agreement. More

This man is a predator. Went to purchase with my friend who has been in the U.S. for less than 2 years. I handled all of negotiations for hours but the made the mistake of leaving her alone to sign the finalized deal this predator. He began negging me to her & intentionally confusing her to add on needless services she’d already gone in there telling him she didn’t want. When she came out of the room with a different interest rate than agreed upon & told me he told her she needed gap insurance to get the lower rate, I was livid. He then had a major attitude with me saying I was just her friend and he wasn’t changing anything. This dealership moves in shady ways and he’s a man with no integrity. Avoid. More
