Then they added a $3,000 charge on during financing for a LoJack system (that we didn't want or ask for, and that wasn't disclosed to us), window tint and nitrous in the tires (that every vehicle had). This was a very unpleasant experience and next time we'll go back to Furman to buy a Jeep. More

Our salesman was nice, but BEWARE of pricing games, undisclosed dealer add-ons, and overall scamming to charge more money. BEWARE of a $3000 add-on that they spring on you when in financing. First, we chose the Grand Cherokee that we wanted from 3 similar vehicles. They negotiated on that vehicle and tried to slip-in an additional $500 charge. After that was discovered, they then tried to charge an additional $1300 for the alleged difference between the vehicle we chose and the one they presented to us on paper. When that trick didn't work, they added a $3000 dealer charge for "Window tint, nitrogen in the tires and LoJack." Every vehicle in the place has nitrogen, window tint comes from the manufacturer, and we didn't ask for LoJack, didn't want it and wasn't disclosed to us at all. They just added a $3000 charge onto the final price and tried to tell us they were losing money on the sale. This dealership is sleazy and the entire process was not enjoyable. Be very careful buying a vehicle from Jerry Ulm and read everything they put in front of you. They will screw you if they can. No integrity at all. More

The service department was disappointing as our new car was sent for detailing twice and still wasn't very clean, inside or out, so the sale rep had to finish detailing the car. The dealership has a large inventory and large number of staff to work with. However, the cars are kept off site so you have to drive to a field (which was a muddy mess the day we went) down the street to check out a couple of cars that meet your search criteria, instead of being able to wander around a lot looking at numerous options. I wish that a little more explanation was given about all the final vehicle pricing/fees that were paid, as well as more written information about the warranties & service agreements. More
