This dealership failed on multiple levels and had very poor communication about the delivery and timing of registration and/or tags since I live out of state. The finance manager also tried to sell me on poor communication about the delivery and timing of registration and/or tags since I live out of state. The finance manager also tried to sell me on a higher interest rate from the same lender even though I had already been approved by them with a much lower rate . He stated that that's how the dealership makes money and that's why I got the price that I got. The price of the car should never have anything to do with the financing. Furthermore there should not be communication via text for important documents. I was not giving any clear instructions on the process or any expectations set for the tags which apparently can take anywhere from 30 to 90 days and they blame it on the state. More

We didn't realize it, but while we were working on the numbers, they were busy detailing the vehicle, filling the tank and taking care of some other issues we noticed. When we went out front for the delivery, we were pleasantly surprised at all the work they put into it. The Volvo looks amazing. We really appreciate the time and effort that was provided given the short staff on a Sunday. We also appreciated the low pressure sales environment at this dealership. This will be our first stop the next time we are in the market for another vehicle. More
