I understand it takes time to send payoff, but the lack of communication is terrible. Multiple calls to dealership and multiple promises of a call back not kept. Clean waiting area. Staff is pleasant and helpful. I bought a used vehicle, which was not cleaned well enough for resale. Being a high end dealership I did expect more Staff is pleasant and helpful. Greg did a great job. I felt scammed by Aymen and your finance guy. The price started out at $106K. Aymen told me that he would sell it for $104. ( he did this by extracti I felt scammed by Aymen and your finance guy. The price started out at $106K. Aymen told me that he would sell it for $104. ( he did this by extracting a couple of fees.) After waiting an hour for our painful visit with Finance, the fees were put back in. In the Finance office, we were bombarded with pricy options in a slick and quick presentation. We were told our new Range Rover would need a $4,500 brake job in the first four years. The Land Rover Web page said I would get 3.9percent interest. Aymen said no - it would be 4.4 with dealer markup. Then the crook in Finance tried to charge 8.9 PERCENT! He only removed it when I got up and tried to walk out. I have purchased many new cars over the last 10 years, but this was my worst experience. More
