Fro recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service and overall experience. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. A special thank you to Awring Ahmed, my sales representative, whose exceptional professionalism and patience truly made the difference. Awring took the time to understand my needs and provided insightful recommendations that ultimately led me to the perfect pickup truck. While I initially had my heart set on a different vehicle, Awring’s guidance and expertise helped me realize that this truck was the ideal fit for me. His dedication to ensuring I was fully satisfied with my decision was outstanding. James Mitchell, as the new manager, you’ve clearly set a high bar for leadership. The entire process went smoothly, and I deeply appreciate the effort you put into securing a great deal for me. Your attention to detail and customer-first approach made all the difference. James Gerrard and Josh Katowich, your contributions were invaluable in ensuring a seamless experience. You were both thorough, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions, making the entire process stress-free. To the entire team, thank you for your commitment to outstanding service. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority, and I left not only with a new Toyota pickup truck but also with a strong sense of appreciation for the care and attention you provided. I will certainly recommend this dealership to others and will return for any future automotive needs. Thank you again for making this such a positive experience! Sincerely, Sri Harshavardhan Founder & President, Shree Vedic Center Farmington, Michigan More
