Came in to buy a specific car- Avery showed us the car, and we decided to purchase. We did the financing, took pictures of the car and husband was going to pick it up the next day due to me being unable t and we decided to purchase. The next day avery met my husband outside with the keys and said nothing else needed to be done. Two weeks later we receive a call from title daying our insurance had the wrong vin. Turns out we had received a different car then the car we thought we purchased. We immediately tried to sort this out and we were given a few different answers to how this happened and given the run around by different people. Still waiting for this to be sorted. More

She was very patient with me as it took 2/3 more weeks for me to come back fully prepared to make the purchase. Avery and Julian lied to me over and over again and I came in with an offer from online and they gave me a price 7k above that offer.
