They texted me yesterday after I left the shop to tell me that they didn't complete my service on my vehicle. I texted back to ask what happened, and as of 18 HOURS LATER, I have texted them back 4 times to that they didn't complete my service on my vehicle. Why would they text me that they didn't finish work on my car, and then not let me know what's going on? I am afraid to drive my car because I don't know if it's safe. Service is always great and my husband was with me during this service visit for the first time in the four years of owning my 4Runner! I don't enjoy waiting, but it is what it is and I am glad they provide this service visit for the first time in the four years of owning my 4Runner!
