The service center lacks in communication, they also seem to have no confidence in fixing ongoing issues. Brought my truck in 5 times for the same check engine light, finally reached out to Ford to get some to have no confidence in fixing ongoing issues. Brought my truck in 5 times for the same check engine light, finally reached out to Ford to get some help and by that time Campbell Ford suggested I find another repair shop. Would not recommend taking your vehicle here. More

Drop the ball on everything. From ordering my part to the repair of my suv. 3 months on waiting for a part that they had in stock after a month and never called. Said it would take 1 day to fix the car but it took 4 and comes back with a dent in the door. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! This was there second chance and I will never go back. More
