Thursday, I had inquired about my car on the website and that night, Austin sent me a video of it! We communicated via email and neither my husband or I could get to the dealership Friday so made arrangemen that night, Austin sent me a video of it! We communicated via email and neither my husband or I could get to the dealership Friday so made arrangements to meet up first thing Saturday so gave Austin my number and said we would be there by the time they opened. We arrived and, not only was Austin there to greet us, but he had the car parked by the entrance for us to test drive. I'm unfamiliar with the area, but he was able to casually guide us around and made the experience very comfortable for us. I've been wanting the VW Atlas for years and knew it was time to trade in our van for one... we just hadn't quite found The One or the one with the right price. He gave us a quote and when we still couldn't make it happen by paying cashing, he went and spoke with the GM and they came out and gave us a new quote that had me smiling with pure joy when my husband said "okay!". Due to unforeseen circumstances with maintenance on the car, we didn't get to drive home with it Saturday, but Austin remained in contact with me to make sure the car was in tip top shape before we took it from them. Getting the call today that it was ready, was the best news ever! He delivered it to my work (school) and explained some more things to me and then took my van. Everyone at outside duty were in awe of the service I received and told them to car shop with Austin and Sam Peck's Chevrolet in Carrollton!!! Thank you, Austin!!! More

Everyone from the salesmen and the finance department are PHENOMENAL. Joe Harrel is genuinely the best salesman, Austin is wonderful, then Matt, Lee and Gio blew me out of the water with how hard they worked PHENOMENAL. I’m so grateful, as a 2 time customer now, this is the only place I’ll ever go to, even if it is a bit of a drive. WORTH IT! Will definitely return when it’s time for another! More

Bryce saved the day that Chris potential ruined by the lack of communication and tact regarding the recall for the vehicle I just purchased. Receiving a text message stating my vehicle has a critical reca lack of communication and tact regarding the recall for the vehicle I just purchased. Receiving a text message stating my vehicle has a critical recall just two weeks after purchasing the vehicle did not sit well with me and shows lack of customer service as I should have been contacted by phone. I was not offered any type of transportation accommodations during the scheduling process. Which caused a major inconvenience as I had to find a way to and from dealership, which is 35 mins away from my residents. This is why I say Bryce saved the day, because he offered me a ride share service once I arrived at the dealership. He was very apologetic about my experience and made sure the rest of the process of smooth. Purchasing a vehicle and within two weeks receiving a critical recall notice doesn't prompt me to purchase here again. Lloyd was great, but not too happy with service received. More
