Service is usually okay however everytime something is done with my tires like a rotation I lose a hubcap this has happen on mulitple occassions. I have purchased 2 sets of hubcaps thus far. I appreciate the communication from Austin and the parts staff. I expressed my frustration since we have communicated that there is a broken plastic piece on our passenger side middle row captain chair, and staff.
