Honda of Columbia service is top notch. They keep me aware of everything they’re doing and let me know when things are coming up and what I need to worry about now and what can wait. Always helpful staff here. I feel comfortable asking questions and they answer. Place is clean and fast service most of the time. The Service Advisor, Austin Barlow of Lexington was very knowledgeable and very nice. Kayla Davis met me to take my vehicle with a fresh beautiful smile and greeting. In my opinion Austin and Kayla are an a knowledgeable and very nice. Kayla Davis met me to take my vehicle with a fresh beautiful smile and greeting. In my opinion Austin and Kayla are an asset and blessing to Honda of Columbia. Most of my work needed on my Honda is done at this Honda location. However, the repairs for my vehicle were more than the van is worth so I did not get the repairs done and I am not in the market for a new vehicle. This one is not paid for as of yet. I enjoy the choice to take the shuttle home or remain in the lobby, The time I was in the lobby was an hour and half, I had an appointment for 7:00 am and they open at 7:30 am. I was in and out in an adequate time frame. More

I sent an email concerning the warping of the A Pillar panels on our 2022 Odyssey. It is a common problem (Honda used cheap materials during the pandemic) and should be covered under warranty. The response was, "Thank you for your interest in __________. We have great deals on _________." It was a generic email from the sales staff. Honda cars have gone down in quality and they no longer make repairs under warranty. It is infuriating when you buy a $50,000 vehicle made with cheap parts. More
