We had a situation when we bought our used RAV 4 where the gas tank cover did not open. It ended up being quite a problem as we were told so many different things but so many different people. I honestly had a great experience overall in purchasing a vehicle. I did not get the runaround or have time wasted in a salesman trying to get me into something I did not want.
