The service department was great friendly and speedy We will see if I get a response I’m disappointed by the dealership. I was promised floor mats by my initial salesman. I was told by the sales manager no way that salesman is gone He gave me the lecture if he did it for everyone it would be disastrous Very disappointed service I would use again. An uber was called by Russ Darrow while I was waiting there for an oil change. Also I was waiting and the advisor was texting instead of coming over to talk to me which I didn't see for awhile. Very good, we had originally called Lupient, but there was a 2 week wait for service. Your service guys recognized a more serious issue and were able to replace the engine under warranty, including a loan was a 2 week wait for service. Your service guys recognized a more serious issue and were able to replace the engine under warranty, including a loaner car. (Enterprise was very nice to work with also). Definitely will go to your dealership from now on. More
