Got the truck in and fixed my fuse problem. Autoplex will always try to get you in for service when you need to. It’s better to make an appointment if possible. But if you need a repair they do Autoplex will always try to get you in for service when you need to. It’s better to make an appointment if possible. But if you need a repair they do their best to get you running again as soon as possible. More

Little disappointed Just purchased a used vehicle ~ multi-point inspection prior to purchase ~ then we are told fuel injectors need servicing? (Over $200) Why weren't they serviced prior to sell & I understand these injectors supposedly last more than years? Would also recommend that each vehicle be furnished with at least two (2) keys More

Not so awesome this time around. I have come to the service department for all work on my truck I purchased it in 2017 and every visit has exceeded my expectations except my last visi I have come to the service department for all work on my truck I purchased it in 2017 and every visit has exceeded my expectations except my last visit. I stopped by to get a state inspection and have my radio looked at because it had been changing screens intermittently. I decided to wait on the vehicle and three hours later without any indication of status I went to the front desk and asked about my truck. They couldn't find the status in their computer and so they took a trip to the back. After another 15-20 minutes they returned and told me my radio didn't act up in front of them so nothing could be done about that issue and they would get started on my inspection now. THREE HOURS LATER. I typed in the description of my problem in the chevrolet app when making my appointment and specifically stated that either the issue occurs within 10 minutes of turning the vehicle or it doesn't happen at all. My guess is they forgot about my vehicle. I may still be waiting right now had I not asked for the status. While waiting I was also approached by a member of the sales team, Jeremy. He was very intrusive about my vehicle purchase, wanting to know how much I paid per month on my loan. Jeremy was pushy to most of the customers waiting in the service lobby. More

Emergency help We were in need of some immediate help because our Yukon XL wS stuck in 4 wheel drive and we were not sure why. The folks at the Aransas Pass Autoplex We were in need of some immediate help because our Yukon XL wS stuck in 4 wheel drive and we were not sure why.
