Fast service but hit and miss. I took my truck to get repaired from Corpus Christi because the GM dealerships here were a week out. My appointment was at 8am and by noon I was told I took my truck to get repaired from Corpus Christi because the GM dealerships here were a week out. My appointment was at 8am and by noon I was told it was ready. My wife picked up the truck because I couldnt leave work. Once I got out, I checked the truck and found it had the wrong programming. I called the dealership and was told "the tech says it was the right programming" before the truck left. I guess they were insinuating that either 1: I hacked into it or 2: I was lying. Either way, i stayed calm and was told to bring it back on Monday even though this happened on a Friday. Had to take MORE time off of work even though it wasnt my fault. They ended up fixing it the 2nd time around but maybe they will take more time to check their work so customers dont have to be inconvenienced twice or made to feel like they are lying. More

Kept me informed and had my truck taken care of quickly. Got me in immediately and diagnosed my truck within hours. Upon servicing found bad fuel in tank and notified me immediately. Quick and Easy I had a recall on my 2015 Chevy Silverado. I called Aransas Autoplex and within the same day they had me an appointment to get my truck serviced. When I had a recall on my 2015 Chevy Silverado. I called Aransas Autoplex and within the same day they had me an appointment to get my truck serviced. Torque converter service I went into the service department to ask a few questions about an issue I was having with my vehicle. As I described the problem to the service tech I went into the service department to ask a few questions about an issue I was having with my vehicle. As I described the problem to the service tech he immediately knew what the problem was. He mentioned that it was an easy fix but that he didn't have any available openings for about a week away. I told him that I was returning back to work the following week and wouldn't have a chance to bring the vehicle in for a while. The service manager overheard our conversation and came out of his office and asked if I could leave it now and I responded that I could. Two hours later, they were done with my vehicle. I thought that was pretty awesome and that they went above and beyond to get me fixed up and back on the road. The entire staff at this service department is superior in their efforts to help out their clients. More

End product done right My repair took longer than expected but in the service department defense they did tell me they were a couple weeks booked and stated they would sli My repair took longer than expected but in the service department defense they did tell me they were a couple weeks booked and stated they would slide me in as soon as possible I wish they would have offered a loaner car or rental but Ashley was great and in the long run fixed my truck and I'm back on the road 3 weeks later More
