We were out of state buyers and from the moment of first contact Ashley she was super responsive and accommodating! I asked lots of questions via email and asked for additional pictures & videos so we could contact Ashley she was super responsive and accommodating! The actual purchase was completed on a very rainy Saturday and Ashley took care of all the details, made sure we were protected from the weather and we so patient with my wife (her new car) while going over all the settings and preferences for the display and menu set up... including the BMW app and helping her get all that set up.
