The service was GREAT, but the labor was a bit much. $971 for a battery and spark plugs was over the top especially during the holidays. They told us that they lost our prepaid oil change paperwork and tried to make us pay for it again. We had to go find our dealer and have him print the prepayment form. Then when my car was finally do paperwork and tried to make us pay for it again. We had to go find our dealer and have him print the prepayment form. Then when my car was finally done, no one came to alert me until the same salesman happened to go check on it for me. Really unprofessional More
