I have a 2025 Nissan frontier pro4x. I made an appointment to have an oil change done the truck has 5,000 miles on it brand new. Also needed to have two recalls worked on. Everyone was I made an appointment to have an oil change done the truck has 5,000 miles on it brand new. Also needed to have two recalls worked on. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and Ashley the service advisor was great. My issue is they never changed my oil but the service ticket or summary states they did. How do I know they didn't change my oil is because I marked my oil filter with a black sharpie. After I got home I checked my truck and the same oil filter with the sharpie mark was still on my truck. Obviously the didn't change the oil. The reason why I did this is because I'm very skeptical of dealerships and they proved me right. I called the service department explaining what happened all they said was the technician was adamant that he changed the oil, and they would give me another oil change for free. I'm all set don't need this dealership touching my truck. Beware of this dealership More

All the employees were very helpful and super friendly, it just seemed like the service was wildly backed up. I was told about an hour for an oil change and it was almost three hours later. I have a Ford it just seemed like the service was wildly backed up. I was told about an hour for an oil change and it was almost three hours later. I have a Ford not a Nissan and I think in the future I’ll find a Ford dealership to go to because twice comments were made about it being off brand that seemed like the mechanics wouldn’t know enough about it? That seemed odd to me since they’re still mechanics regardless of the brand, that and the wait time will probably send me somewhere else to try next time even though the staff was very friendly! More

Ashley was very sociable, efficient, and communicative. She answered all my questions and helped me best leverage all the available options and resources regarding my service, available coupons, and compli She answered all my questions and helped me best leverage all the available options and resources regarding my service, available coupons, and complimentary oil change visits. She informed me of these promptly which was a nice surprise. She set proper expectations of the time needed to perform the service and then beat that time finishing the vehicle well within the promised time. She explained the Technician's report and assured me the vehicle was still in excellent condition. It was a pleasure to interact with her during my visit. The Service and Parts area overall were excellent. I was comfortable with plenty of amenities for my short stay. I would highly recommend this Service department. Cody from parts provided prompt, friendly, and excellent service. He was able to quickly locate the requested parts (All-weather floor mats and a set of wiper blades) and processed the transaction promptly. More
