"Bait and switch" O'Brien tried to sell me, after I had completed all paperwork and finance approval, a 2012 vehicle. Upon discovery, Bill told me the 2013 "wasn't available yet." Then they t after I had completed all paperwork and finance approval, a 2012 vehicle. Upon discovery, Bill told me the 2013 "wasn't available yet." Then they tried to skirt the issue and alert me that I should have known...One of the managers "flipped me the bird" by pointing to a sticker on a 2013 vehicle because he was mad that he now had to offer me the same deal on a 2013 model because his salesman tried to screw me. They were all a bunch of bullcrap artisits. I can't imagine how many seniors and other people who have been taken advantage of at this dealership. Shame on them. More

I shopped around the Toyota dealerships near me (Copeland and McGee) and was, frankly, put off by their lack of interest in working with me. I felt I had some equity in my 2010 Highlander (which I leased fr and McGee) and was, frankly, put off by their lack of interest in working with me. I felt I had some equity in my 2010 Highlander (which I leased from Copeland) and wanted to use my equity as a downpayment for a new Highlander. Bob Hadges was extremely helpful over the phone and both Kenny and Art were great to work with in the store. These guys earned by business and my recommendation! More

He never lost focus on us first. Once the process progressed, we found this attention repeated with each staff member who we were in contact with. I made sure I met the service manager before I left thinking the initial attention in buying a car would disappear after I drove off. I was clearly informed this was not going to be the case and the attention to our needs with the new cars would not change. We drove off feeling confident we made a good decision. More

I began the process of purchasing a 2013 Toyota Corrolla by requesting a price quote from Toyota of Braintree via email. I was promptly given a very competitive quote from Ed Walsh who invited me to come do by requesting a price quote from Toyota of Braintree via email. Ian was very friendly and knowledgable about my vehicle. The whole process of perchasing my new vehicle was stress free and actually kind of fun. Except for when I had to drive my new Corrolla home during a nor' easter! More
